Happily Ever After
Investigation of Taste
University of Salford Year 2
To start off, we need to choose something that we like and dislike at the same time to create a concept. The thing that I like is nature and the thing that I disliked is wood. I juxtapose these two main ideas together to create an alternate ending of 'The Giving Tree' by Shel Silverstein.
This project is done fully remote during the pandemic which pushes my creativity off the limit. I used my domestic sewing machine to create samples from leftover fabrics and used washing lines to photograph my outfit, and to generate silhouette inspiration.
